Shana was raised here in the mountains. After graduating Rim High School she attended United Health Career College in San Bernardino. She became a Registered Dental Assistant in 1987

Shana has been with Dr. Bialecki since 1989 when he established his office in Blue Jay.

As Dr. Bialecki's primary assistant, she has been an integral part of transforming the practice to the level it is today.
